I got the Batey Brothers number from my Son and called them. Having never before talked to us, Mr. Jeremy Batey promptly answered his phone asking how he could help us. He took his time talking to me and my husband. He was busy late that evening at a job site but said he could come out the next morning at 8 am Sunday. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He had us fixed up in no time. We will be calling them in the future for every air conditioning repair that may be needed. Very nice and helpful.

Came home on a muggy hot Saturday afternoon to a non working upstairs unit. Travis Batey immediately answered my call and quickly set me up for a service visit on a Sunday. Jeremy Batey was here first thing Sunday morning and after about 45 min had us back in cool air. Even set me up on a maintenance plan to keep this from happening again hopefully. They did a great job of explaining the new system, walking me through the process of financing, and following up to make sure everything was working as intended. We are impressed with Batey Brothers Heating and Cooling for several reasons. First, Travis answered our call at 8:00 in the evening and said he’d be here at 7:00 am the next morning. He was right on time, assessed the problem, repaired the thermostat, suggested cleaning the outside unit and presented a cost. Very professional, and reasonably priced service. So thankful for second opinions! I had an HVAC company come out a week ago and the gentleman insisted my unit was not going to be able to be fixed and needed to be replaced at the cost of 12k. 😩 I then called Batey Brothers to get a second opinion. Travis came out and said it looked fine just needed a good cleaning! He took care of everything for us for a super reasonable price and I will never call anyone else again! We are so thankful that we will be sleeping cool and comfortable tonight without the huge expense of a new unit! Will never call another company again.
